Is it legal to use cell phone while driving a semi? Stopped at RR crossing.

For the people that smoke. Can you smoke while driving in front of a camera and not be in some sort of violation?

 

If my company enact that policy that we can't even listen to music/podcast in our phone today, I'd look for another company the next day, I need to listen to my music to keep me sane on the road.

I worked with a guy who got a distracted driving ticket for texting in the drive thru lineup. Best just to leave the phone alone. You might win in court but do you really want to waste a day ####ing around with that?
