If a company terminates your employment and they owe you a money, you have their truck at your house and you are no longer aloud to drive it under law, Can you hold that truck until they pay you what they owe you?
Is it legal?????

Thats a hard call. I would deff. want to keep the truck myself... but they could report it stolen. Then they could always tow it or have another driver get it when your not there. When I quit as a company driver they kept my last check. I just let it go because it wasn't worth the hassle. I got their broker out of the deal anyway. It may be time to call a lawyer man.

Thanks for the info. Too little too late, they sent a tow truck. Nice of them to let me know they were going to this. Last i heard they were sending a driver to get it. Now i know, Don't trust thier word on anything.
