Ok so I was a Otr driver with a 3 car wedge. I was in a fender bender in Arkansas in 8/2012. Now that I'm trying to start driving a semi I was wondering if I should put it on my apps. I was not given a ticket. I went and got my driving record here in Michigan today and it was clean. I have my cdl. Would that fender bender be on my driving record here in Michigan or do u think I have nothing to worry about. Thanks for the input.
Is it on my record

If you requested a state copy of your MVR and it was not on there, then I don't see any way for them to find out about it? Were any citations written to the other party? Is there a court appearance regarding it still pending? Although most accidents/citations will show up right away, maybe it isn't because a case is still pending?

If your driving record was clean then I would'nt put any extra information on the app.

Yeah, if no citations were given and no court dates pending, then I don't see any reason for it to show up on your record.

there are two places it could be. you said you had a cdl at the time? if so, couldnt it be on the dac report?
i agree...if you got a copy of mvr and its not there its not there. but you also need to get your dac from "hireright" to see whats listed on there. again, if its not on that dac report you get, its not going to be on anyones copy. the 3rd place it could be is revealed by your ex-employer.Toast24 Thanks this. -
Is your dac only for trucking company's to write things on or is it for your whole history of all your jobs etc...
