Companies are required to look back 3 years on a drivers first job. After that they look back 10 years.
Be careful and read the questions on applications and don't reveal anything that isn't asked for.
"Have you had any felonies within the last 5 years?"
Answer is, "No"
"Have you EVER had any felonies?"
Answer is "Yes"

Be honest on actual face-to-face job interviews because the person asking the question already knows the answer.

 

And with that felony thing
It may ask ever or 10 years or whatever
There’s usually a place to explain what happened
If not and if it was just a dumb issue when you were younger then put that down
