I'm actually in York, pa. About 20 mins south of Harrisburg. I've been looking in the hanover, lancaster, Harrisburg, York areas.

I did work for them and I don’t wanna recommend them to anyone ,they take drivers out of school and plus a $4000 sign on bonus ,u drive a junk trucks, long days, pay is load Perct ,1 month training for student drivers with $150 a day,but they can’t keep drivers cause u can’t make no money or the money u make is not worth the work u do
But there’s a lot of companies now taking students as old dominion, just spoke with a terminal manager and he told me that he’s taking students for now cause he need some city drivers
    Hope this can help,

I also worked for them. They're a training company. Nothing more, nothing less. It was a great stepping stone for me, as I figured on staying with bulk tankers, but I know lots of people that it didn't work out for.
