Is it possible to work just for a broker? Sure there is less support than leasing on to a company , most likely no fuel card or repair account but would there not be a lot more money working under a brokers authority directly with them?

Where can I be enlightened on this?

What's your question? If you own a truck you can have your own authority and haul for whoever you want. That could be 1 broker only. Or you can use another carriers authority and all the loads go through them. Does that carrier have direct customers? Does that carrier just haul broker freight? Working under a brokers authority would be a nightmare. Whoever owns the authority controls the truck, and what it does or doesn't do. You want that same person being your only source of revenue?
