Is it still okay for kids to arm pump?

If someone is on the #### smart phone they need a little air horn therapy... At least thats my opinion.

I will ALWAYS honk the horn for someone pumping thier arm... IF it is SAFE to do so. Makes my day when they light up with excitement and happiness.

 

Yeah, well have fun in court, cause I am sure they will try to sue your ### one way or another , and after Werner case, you don't have that many chances to win ...

 

The other day, I was sitting at a red light when a whole class of kids, maybe kindegarten or first grade age and several younger women were on the side walk. The women had the kids do the arm pump and I let her blow. The kids got a kick out of it, but I am not at all sure the women didn't get a bigger kick. lol

 

Well the arm pump from the child sure is a better gesture than the middle finger most of us see. People on facebook got nothing better to do than to ##### and moan. I automatically assume anybody that has a facebook is just miserable.

You aint a real man less u blow that horn for the kids , thats what truckin is all about.

 

That's just the city horn add the pull handle but I know you are serious and its retarded

 

It just doesn't get much better than that.....
Yes,I will give a little boy or girl a shot of air whenever I see the arm pump.

To those kids,- They Look up to Trucks,and Truckers- Thats All we have left.

Same with the School Bus- Those kids are head over heels once you give them a good toot

So the the OP- You better believe it most of us would give the kids a toot.


About 10 years ago, Off subject a bit- I come to a red light in Hammond,iN near the Amaizo plant..

A Mother and her young son pulled up next to me on my left- Little boy probably 6-7 years old- I turned my head,looked down and he had the biggest smile on his face- A very innocent smile and He waved at me- I waved back as they left........

Made my day,week and month- I had tears for over an hour- And Im sure I made his day also.

When you think being a driver is almost a Mute existence these days- Something like this happens and drives your confidence thru the roof.

 

Yep... My truck is that way. Air horn button on the steering wheel... But at least it sounds good (after some modification)

 

There's always one that throws out the legal card. Christ you guys down there must have some really dumb ####ing people. We don't take to kindly to those "I'll sue you cause I didn't like the way you looked at me" types round here.
