Did you pull your DAC to see what is on there? It is free once a year.

Please help us keep this thread polite. Rudeness derails conversations and prevents good information from being shared. We appreciate your assistance.

Yes. They didn't put anything bad on my DAC other than I was uneligable for rehire. So, being I was curious I reapplied with Swift and they had me okayed for an orientation within a week. I guess this was just their way of trying to keep me from going to another trucking company if I went back to driving.

I have no bad feelings about Swift and if I had few other choices I would work for them again cuz I know what I am getting into.

I never said the whole company was racist, I said my wife's trainer and DSM made comment and performed actions I think normal people would consider uncalled for, So out the door I went. It's normal for a noob to get talked down too, even if this is against Swifts own mentor training. (I passed the class) I don't know why common sense need defending :biggrin_25512:

Apologies, Blue Screen. I was just talking about my experience and wasn't making commentary on yours. You are for sure right for saying adios. That is uncalled for and while I never experienced anything like it, I have heard from other Swifties who did experience it.

Comments like those that were made to your lady are uncalled for and should not be tolerated at any level.
