Not personally, one of our guys went to him with his ISX CM871. Was really happy with it.

You gotta remember, the guy you quoted is the one who said he can smoke his tires at 65mph fully loaded. He’s just another one of those lunch counter story tellers.

    Justrucking2 and KB3MMX Thank this.

I asked him on Friday. It indeed is a 2015, he is was using 15W40 Rotella. Now he is using PetroCan oil, but still 15W40.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

Has he done regular EGR tuneups, and removal and cleaning of the cans along with regular maintenance on the SCR system? These are a few things that will lead to carbon packing, or face plugging in the cans, it is not the brand of oil he uses.

Then the fuel pump, which has nothing to do with carbon packing, but when they fail, the motor can be destroyed, has he had that inspected? I would have your friend pay our Canadian friend a visit. He needs to kill the mandate before it kills his motor.

    uncleal13 and Lepton1 Thank this.
