There is way too much that you don't know about trucking. You need time to learn the cost of running a truck and the business side of trucking. Tell them you still have much to learn and need more time in the industry to get your feet on the ground before taking on that level of responsibility. Seriously, do you know why $1.10 per mile is not good money ?

Nope don't do it. You'll be a company driver with a big payment and under their thumb.

Straight Stacks, Leon Phelps III and Mudguppy Thank this. -
They will #### you is what I'm trying to say. My company has had two Prime drivers come looking for jobs immediately after turning in their trucks in the last 2 months.
The boss has a special package for drivers whom have suffered the economic torture inflicted by big co's and their shady lease programs.
The pack includes a free consultation at Bosleys Hair Restoration Center
Group Therapy w/ people who have been touched in their special places (pocket/wallet) by prime.
Anti-Depressants.
Assistants with cleaning up your credit.
And
A bar at the yard so you can drink away all your pain and liver functionality.
Prime will force dispatch.
Hold YOUR money in case you need repairs or matainance.
Dock you for anything and everything.
Kill you on insurance.
Charge a sweet percentage. And
#### your wife!!
Do you want that ???????
