Is Melton really as bad as everyone says?

I'm currently at Melton, I've been here three months. I won't be here another three. They have in cab dash cameras. Yes they face in and out of the cab. Supposedly for insurance reasons in case of a accident. Rumor has it there a invasion of privacy lawsuit pending. I'm not going to stick around long enough to find out the out come. Along with the low mileage and not getting home on time. It's one of the most unfriendly driver companies I've ever worked for in my 13 years of driving xp.

I worked for Melton from '07 to '09

1. Not when I was there.
2. Lower 48 and Canada
3. Ez-pass they give you and pay for and Prepass if you pay for it.
4. The Youngstown yard was brand new when I was there and I never ended up going to it, but I swear I remember a few people saying they went their for orientation.
5. Air Conditioners
6. It depends, I had a few times where they couldn't get me a load home and I had to stay out another week or two but MOST of the time I was home right when I wanted to be.

 

Do they really have camera's looking into the cab at you.....

 

America is no more land of the free as it once was.My company has cameras in some of their trks and eventually they all will have cameras.

 

See if an owner operator will go for that statement I highly doubt an owner operator will allow company to install camera in their truck

 

so they do is that for sure...
