Son of a $%## !!!! Everytime B Gates gets owned by the black hats. He releases a newer, more secure, user friendly Windows....that gets owned before public release.

Too bad they aren't listening to us, like they claim. Because half my software won't work in Vista. Why the hell would I upgrade ?? To the same problem...again.

They should have stopped messing with it at XP and just kept updating XP, that was a great OS. My new laptop has Vista and it seems okay with service pack 1 but come on, now Vista is going to be obsolete less than five years after its release.

    Cybergal Thanks this.

I so agree! XP is what I have and will hopefully keep for a spell longer.

My Home computer and two laptops, I took VISTA out and installed XP.

    LOVE IT!

I have been fighting with DELL since last May.....well not exactly fighting, but I have been reporting progressing and multiplying problems with my laptop. They have replace my HD (twice), I have installed the OS (XP) on the durn thing three times since then and the problems have got worse. They finally replaced my Mother-board a couple weeks ago and now NEW and more frustrating problems have shown up.
They agree'd to replace the laptop with a newer (REFURB) one, but loaded with Vista. I like XP ok, but my new desktop has Vista, and I am more than satisfied with Vista. Seems to run smoother than XP ever did.
