You're welcome. After I did my 15,000 + miles with my trainer I took my road test there with the guy who will be your instructor, think his name is Steve but don't quote me.

Just try to remember in the beginning of being on your own after all training is done there is a learning curve both for you personally and your dispatcher.

You will be learning how to manage your time and get things done which will keep you on the lower end of numbers at first. Your dispatcher will be learning how well you do those things, how much they can trust you to get things done which will affect how much they give you at first. Just like in any job, once you start getting more experience and more used to things it will get better.

I'm no expert, have only been driving for 1.5 years , all with Millis. But in that time I have learned a lot from the time I made my first run. There is still much to learn everyday.

That's a good statement!!One thing I learned a long time ago is that there is always something you can learn!! The minute a guy thinks he knows it all and there is nothing to learn is the minute life will bite him in the rear!!

There are washers and dryers at all the terminals and most of the truck stops you'll encounter. I think my trainer said like 7-10 changes of clothes back when I started, and I keep at least that many on the truck now. Your mileage may vary, of course.
