Is millis transfer still a good company too work for

All depends on what you want. Regional has smaller trucks and usually less miles, but you can be home every weekend if desired. OTR had bigger trucks and usually more miles but will get home less often. So just depends if money is more important than hometime

 

If planning on staying out 3-4 weeks definitely go OTR. East of Mississippi with a Colorado run to Coors possible but not often.

 

To add on to what keen98 said, I would say 99% of the time you won't get much farther west than St. Louis.

 

I no longer drive for Millis. Quit in Nov to be home more. They do have some freight to Fla but small percentage. In the yr I was there I never seen Fla, but buddy of mine been there 5 times in his year.

 

I go to Florida maybe once or twice a year OTR.
