With Millis I would say the negatives according to me are:
Driver facing cameras
Going to all automatic trucks
They seem to find any reason to take your safety bonus (don't get me wrong, they do pay it but any little thing will lose it. I've had mine taken twice in 5 years)
Overall I would say the positives outweigh the negatives. That's why I came back.
Positives according to me:
Good equipment/ well maintained
Good pay/ performance bonuses by mileage.
Flexible off time (never been denied off time)
Full weekends off not just for a 34 hour reset (regional)
Good miles

Big day for you guys tomorrow. Do you live near the stadium? I'm guessing traffic will be a nightmare. Haaaang on Sloopy, Sloopy hang on!

I live about 15 mins north of OSU. At 6 am when I went to work it looked like rush hour. A steady stream of cars heading south on 315 to get to the stadium.
