The most important is what's on your MVR. There are companies that will hire you if you live in the right hiring area. OOIDA website should have a legal service to contact that may help on the junk stuff. There's many corrupt cops out there and you happened to cross one. There are many
"no truck routes" in America that aren't marked and aren't marked for a reason...small town corruption and revenue. Can't remember where now, but in PA there's a narrow 2 lane that come into a "T" at another narrow 2 lane. Signs say "no trucks right turn" the other sign says "no left turn trucks over 35 ft." plus a cop sitting there. No where to turn around, too narrow for an illegal U-turn. $$$$$$$$

You're probably stuck with the speeding ticket on your MVR, but that won't prevent you from another trucking job.

The OPs case looks worse than it is until you simplify it and realize the speeding ticket is the worst and it's not that bad.

well see I got "cited" for 1 speeding doin 10 over, but then he put on the dot report that I was doing 15 over as a warning, also there WAS a sign that said, non truck route, but again ive been down that same road for 6 yrs,.as for MY mvr, its clear as a whistle, and I plan on keeping itmthat way, unless I have to keep the speeding I was cited for on there since its on the dot report, i was drivjng a straight box truck for a company, sorry, ive been driving for 7 yrs but hqve ndver been pulled over, except for inspections, sp im not familiar w what to do when there are 2 seperate reports
