    Its really common. Believe it or not, it's an auditory hallucination. You're not crazy. That's just normal. Our brains way of making sense of not much noise when you've been used to so much road noise.

    Just so interestingly weird n entertaining XD. I’ve sat in my Hovel, havin some cold sodies, listening to good rythems. Then go to the cab and start listening to talk radio (the cab is good for that) or if I stand up by fridge, I can usually grasp comedy hour. But last night when I started up this thread. Engine off and Lucy is sleeping.... buddy 2 stalls down, HIS truck was tripp’n me out somthing ferous

    Yes , but unfortunatly i always get the idiots that have a very loud conversation right outside ur sleeper. I could only wish that it wasnt real just a hallucination

    I've had it where I couldn't sleep because I could hear an APU or reefer running and when I opened the door to the truck to figure out where the noise was coming from it was so muffled it was barely audible. It was louder IN the truck.
