Why would you want anyone watching? All you're doing is moving the truck over 6 feet. It doesn't have to be perfect, just within the lines. and I should know, I had to try 4 times before I passed.
    Where will you be testing?

Have him "guide" you high-tech style. He's in the shadows lurking with radio contact. He whispers in your earpiece turn/stop/go forward whatever !

No. If anyone assists you in any way, by hand signals or electronic communication that's an automatic failure. If the person assisting you is a professional trainer they won't be allowed on the premises anymore and I'm not sure if there might be additional repercussions for them. Had an incident like that happen when I was waiting to take my test at the DMV, with a trainer talking over the phone with their student. He had to provide his identification and was being escorted from the premises when I started my test.

Were you the guy that ripped down that wall of TV's with the pallet jack? :D

Unless you want to avoid rest areas, customers, or other locations that require parallel parking. I use it frequently.

Do you have anyone assisting you while you are stocking the shelves at Walmart?

Dont know how Midland does testing. If you cant park by yourself, what are you going to do out on the road? See if your trainer will let you drive to a truck stop ( early afternoon usually not too busy) and practice parking. Good luck.

LOL, ok first of my post was purely satire. Secondly, yes you will use parallel parking, its so easy to do. You might be a foot from the curb, but one you know your error, pull up and correct. Yes, get out and look. A backing accident can be a career ending experience at some companies. Anyways, take it slow and easy. STOP, don't rush on the test, back up a few feet, stop, look, see where the trailer is. Ask yourself, "WHere does the trailer need to go?" THen, THINK, which was is the wheel turning, which way do I need to turn it. BAck up a few feet then stop. DO NOT RUSH IT, minimize your pull ups. GOAL. You will be fine, hope fully. Been there, done that.
