    It's been posted on here from some fleet owners that an applicants name and CDL license number can be run through an insurance database. I don't know; maybe some local small outfits won't find out. Either way, he's hirable.

    Just curious, so you settled without receiving points. Does that it mean its not on your MVR?

    Many local companies look into those things. I've seen guys not get hired locally because of these issues. Insurance is everything. Rollover is pretty serious, the question is what's on the mvr
