I love You with all My Heart. Some people have other skills than driving. It's a blessing to do what you want, I have seen people become great drivers.. I have seen them die. I don't like the mess. Your good, or Your dead.

Most of the rules have been made up by people that only drive to and from work in short distances. Some input does come from x over the road drivers, but not much. What needs to be said in my opinion is, you need, and are going to make mistakes. This does not mean that you and others do not pay some consequences. But being pushed out the door for more than one preventable does not make you a better driver in my opinion. We learn from our mistakes. I feel that it would be better if any damages you cause would come out of your pay, or you work the dock, or yard, or stay home without pay for a few weeks. That's how it use to be done. Preventable seem to come in groups of two or three. Of course I am guilty of being a hot dog with the trucks at times throughout my career, my fault, and it has pushed me back a few times. As long as you are not killing anyone, and the attitude is good, a few busted blocks or a fence post, or a cable line, should not be a problem. Keep On Trucking !!!

    Chicago? - G-21?

LOL. In Arizona I would assume that means Glock-21 .45ACP, but Chicago I know it means something else. If it is Glock-21 then your idea of moving to Texas is a good one.

Carolina Cargo is only one of of a bunch of coast to coast team operations based in the Carolinas. Carolina Cargo is known for giving Felons a second chance.

There are several more in the Mt Airy, NC area. Look at WLA, Cook, and Hardy Brothers. Running second seat in a team operation for a couple of years might do you some good. Had you had a spotter the first incident wouldn't have happened and a first seat driver probably would have known which entrance to use anyway.

Not every company checks the dac. There's only a couple companies on my report. Both were the minimum wage starter companies. I don't think decent companies fool with that junk

The companies that don't use dac are the mom and pop compaines because they're too cheap to pay for it and I wouldn't go as far as calling them decent. With a lot of the smaller companies comes bad equipment and a bad safety score.Believe me I know.I drive for kb and they do use dac and I tell you it sure feels good driving for a company with good equipment.Just because companies use dac does not at all make them a bad company.Even though they try to find the better drivers ,the dac report helps with that.If it weren't for dac can you imagine how many drivers would get hired that got their cdl from a cracker jacks box.But companies also black mail drivers with dac which isn't right and something should be done about that but never will.

Some of the largest trucking companies pay no attention to DAC/Hireriht reports.
