Hey Bronc, thanks, im glad i got that from you, its a big dream of mine to become something, and its def what i want to do, iv always wanted to be a truck driver, and now that im 21, and can leave the state its time. so i want to do 5 years, and see where i am, and how i am doing, and what i have learned, then, im going to take it from there, just based on what i have done my research on in the past few months, it seem like it would be a pretty good gig, the only bad thing iv really beed able to come up with is just the cost of fuel being and o/o, and yes i no there is more then just that, but to me, as a newb to the whole trucking indust, at the moment thats the only bad thing, i still have to learn, learn, learn.
    thanks again

from the first day you get into a company truck....start runnin it as if you owned it...keep track of all expences...an if you sweet talk to dispatcher well enuff they will let you know what the loads pay....that way you can figure out if/how much money they are either making or not...

if you want to run a skateboard get on with an outfit that trains....reohl is supposed to be good, as is maverick....tmc might be more of a long shot

whatever you do spend a few years learning the ropes and frieght lanes minimum...then dive in head first

if you have been doin yer homework like mentioned above than it wont be the deep end with no swimming lesson's

have fun out here.....if you dont enjoy it theres no point

Hey bronc you said it right, thats what i want to do, i want to " learn, learn and learn" and then, from there, see what happens, this is somthing that i def want to doo for sure, always have, my whole life. and fladbed is somthing that only thought of in the past year or soo, and the amount of research i have done def seems like its the best way for me to go, TMC, im not old enough for them, im only 21, most flatbed compaines you have to be 23, and im running into that as a major problem, same with mavrik, and roehl, i put an app in with them, and they called me said that they didnt like my work history, but the things they mentiond were things i never ever did before, jobs that i never had, i just got off the phone with them, waiting to hear back from them, and def, def keeping my fingers and toes crossed xx
    ill let ya no
    thanks again.
