Haha I left with 732K on mine and another person was driving it after I was gone, 800:) That said it was a good truck that only had one major break down the time I was in it.

It used to be 500k til the economy took a nosedive, then they decided to keep stuff longer... I kind of figured (LOL) that since they had started the replacement cycle they would go back to the 500k trade in point. The reason I say that is the resale value takes a major hit once you go above that point.

LOL They just gave me a brand spanking new 05' shaker. Looks to have been "abandoned" or given up by another former student (by the communications in the truck PC I saw. You think they would delete that stuff?) After 8 hours in Marshfield getting the twice over including a new radiator she seems to ride just fine. Although 2/7th gear is a b!tch to get into. I guess I'll just run her till she is dead. On a sour note, if you have any experience and start new right now you have a 90% chance of getting a new truck.

Also, looks like they are going Van/Reefer getting new Freightliners and Flat/Curtain getting Internationals. At least that appears to be the current plan. One last "AND" it appears that there is a new color package for flatbed and "specialized". Grey trucks with a new logo and none of the racing stripes. They have them in Marshfield right now. None of them have been given out so far, but more and more of the grey ones are coming in. All Internationals.

Let the Rumor mill Fly!!! :biggrin_25522::biggrin_25517:

I had an 05 international for my first truck...then a week later it got parked in marshfield and I got my current one...(I really think they gave me the old one because they needed to get it from atlanta to marshfield). As far as who gets new trucks..I really think it depends on where you test...I tested in Ellenwood and they had a real slim selection and mostly old internationals...Gary you stand a better chance...Marshfield you stand a really good chance...I dont know about the other terminals
