Probably Rick Roehl. I wouldn't mind having one of those International 9900's that they have.
Is Roehl ever going to get any new equipment?

well im not holding my breath, the home time fleets always get the older trks to finish them off, never been in a t-660 kw but they cant be to roomy with that little narrow cab, compaired to the international or the freightliner. but I wouldnt mind trying one out . do they have the big sleeper like the international ?
-
when I looked inside it looked open... Did not see a lot of storage though. The narrow cab is strange, but heck I feel like I'm sitting on the steering wheel in the Freightliner. Anyone know if I requested it if they would move the seat frame back? Didn't know if that was possible.
-
yes you can move the seat back, there is usally one more hole and you gain about 1/2 inch. also the lever on right hand side of seat will let the seat roll back and forth giving you some more room. I have done this myself a couple of times, wd-40 spray on bolts under drivers side bottom of cab and a ratchet and socket either 13mm or 9/16 cant remember. its pretty easy, and im sure you know the steering column telescopes and tilts on the freightliner. hope this helps.

Only problem that I have with the freightliner seat/steering setup is that my clutch knee hits the turn signal(when switched left) or bottom of the steering wheel quite often. Wheel is pulled all the way back and up which is the most comfortable for me, but knee hits, gotta find a solution for that.
As for the new Kenworths, they are getting them fully outfitted right now. APU's and all, the old brand new freightliners haven't even gotten that treatment yet. From what I heard they only ordered 10 of them, so who knows what the deal is. -

Roehl has been getting, losing, and getting back accounts for the thirteen years I have been. It has always been like that and always will. They are not going to let the the KW's rot like the freightliners because they need new trucks now. They bought a whole bunch of trucks back then to beat the emission standards. Now the fleet is getting old and they have no choice but to replace them.

im in gary for maintanance for the second time in a week and a half, no bunk rooms so probably not a lot of sleep tonight, going to be in the truck when they are working on it..
my load does have a nice new 68--- series trailer, very nice -
yea i think its more about how much money they want to sink into one until they park it, mines running strong just been through hell but mechanically runs well so i would be surprised if they parked it when it hits 700k
