International EPUs are smart enough to run the engine to recharge the batteries. I guess Parksmart isn't so smart after all.

Looks like they prefer a CDL beforehand, but not required.

Understandable, since the oil & gas industry has slowed down. I remember they were paying for CDL training a few years back.

NM may train because right there the crime rate is bad so most had rather stay Midland or Odessa. I am from Lubbock Texas originally and have family in that area plus Midland and Odessa.
