Is Schneider a good company to start out at driving?

International EPUs are smart enough to run the engine to recharge the batteries. I guess Parksmart isn't so smart after all.

 

Define good. Personally I'd choose Baker Hughes or Halliburton.

 

I'm really not seeing the job postings for either of those for drivers that don't have a cdl yet.

Understandable, since the oil & gas industry has slowed down. I remember they were paying for CDL training a few years back.

Well then. I take it back. That'd be a great place to start for sure. If one lives in NM

 

NM may train because right there the crime rate is bad so most had rather stay Midland or Odessa. I am from Lubbock Texas originally and have family in that area plus Midland and Odessa.
