Is Schneider suing former STA graduates?

    I went to STA in 2007 and graduated but never did obtain my CDL. Is Schneider actively suing people who do not pay the $6,000+ ? I know they are using collection agencies but are they actually taking people to court?

    I won't go into the whole story but basically I didn't finish getting the CDL because I didn't feel that I was being treated right nor did I feel safe.

    I would say if you haven't heard from them yet they might not be. Guess you'll have to wait to find out! I think they quit the school biz.

    I read on some site a married couple started their school, got part way through and had to quit because of some family emergency, then got billed months later for the full amount. They were flabbergasted and said S was being really agressive. FYI
