is "Scott's Radios" good to get a radio from ?

Around 6:25 to 6:45 in the video he says that the radio's AM modulation doesn't look good on a scope, I wonder why that is. I wished he would have demonstrated that.

Scotty's used to tune to legal, which is about where they are coming out of the box. Personally Im good with legal. But then I have a amature license and run mostly on DMR now days, not much on CB anymore.
