Those are about right on the miles. At that rate, you should earn mid 30's the first year.

Then that means I would be making $600-650 a week. I was expecting a little more but since it would be my first year with them I would go with that

Keep in mind that your not at that .26 cpm forever. By the end of the first year your at .30
Its not a ton of money, but every bit helps. As you prove yourself and show that you can deliver safely and ontime your miles will get better.
It is a training company, and so many of these new guys are layz or stupid or both, and they expect that of you untill you prove them wrong

(this is my opinion and subject to be wrong lol)

    RoadDriver -Andre Thanks this.

.26 cents a mile is low but Stevens does give decent miles. It really depends where your residence is whether you can make the $ work. Speaking for myself living in the Northeast (NYC area) and being paid like I live in Texas or Florida does not help. Everything is more expensive in Northeast and CA so it makes it extremely difficult to make ends meet.

I read a pdf online about Stevens Transport. The name is Welcome To Stevens Transport pdf. I searched it online and it gave me a lot of information about the company. Southcentral states, west coast, southeast gets the most loads. Then after I would say northeast. Stevens get more loads to the southcentral states more than any other places. It would be better if someone living in the state of Texas to drive for Stevens. The midwest states look low but I like the fact that Stevens take loads to all 48 states. I also looked at their payscale and starting at .26 should be making $800 a week and within a year .30 should be making $1,000 a week. And for the miles their average length of haul is 1500-1600 for solo drivers. This all looks good but when your driving for the company this dont seem to apply. I like the benefits Stevens has and the equipments they have. Peterbilt 587 and the Kenworth T700 are both new equipments. Those look sweet to drive and be on one. After looking at all this Iam now more into that company. I still have a chance and I will take that chance and see what I can do to get in.

I wouldn't bank that $800 per @ .26 just yet... thats over 3000 miles per week, and it is not very likely you will be averaging that while in grad fleet.

I dont mean to be the negative one here, but cut those weekly pay figures in half and you will be in the ball park if your lucky.
