This has happened to me. I got called by who I used to work under which in my case was the fleet manager and not a dm to come back this morning. Then I had been asked by another driver that I knew as well. I was told there is some kind of bonus going on right now though. I decided to go back but out of a different terminal. I know like 10 of us quit on one account all on the same day. We had discussed it with the terminal manager and he failed to come up with a solution. Reading this I wonder if swift noticed that some of us that left were holding the company to the actual "best in class" thing.
Yeah, best in class and respect. Today I get a nasty response from a planner for turning down a load. I swear I talk to five different random people totally unrelated to pod, team etc one based here, one based in mars, one in Venus
