Is the dry van freight soft where your at?

I've been getting stacked with work since late November. I hope it continues through January.

 

I've been getting loads but only short little 300 mile ones.

 

dry can freight been like diarrhea soft for me LOL

 

I've been getting the miles yet. Have been averaging around 2800 miles/week since the first part of November, which is generally a slower time of the year

 

We are about to go into an election yr so hold on to your hats boys
We have those who want to choke our economy out and also those who will be pushing harder for a stronger economy this yr
.... I won't clue you in on who is who

 

My company is 99% no touch so I can't say if it's soft or not.

 

It's slowed quite a bit for me. Summertime I was averaging 2900-3500 miles a week. Now I'm down to 700 to 1200 if I'm lucky. But the short runs (300-700 miles) usually pay out more than the longer distance runs. A lot more drivers have been staying out longer (like myself)then normal,hence,not enough freight to go around.

 

Yeah I've been staying out for at least 30 days at a time.
