Is the money still good

Not sure where you live at but if your gonna do food service like Pepsi and what your doing now then you need to be getting paid way better then 36k. I was at Sysco foods and a mom and pop before that. My worst year which was my first year doing food service was $57k my best was $72k. I was on pace for $90k but for some reason I wanted to get my own truck. Aug of last year I left Sysco and came to a flatbed company to learn open deck hauling. I just got a truck two weeks ago. A guy I worked with at Sysco quit and bought his own truck to pull containers. Less then 8 months later he had to sell it because they don't make enough money for truck maintenance, driver salary, and living expenses at home all together. If I were you I'd be looking for a better job like Sysco or Mclane. Good luck to you.
