    I'd like to find out if there is a list or if some of you can tell me what companies provide training, because I don't have the money to pay for it myself...

    Sunday paper is full of ads. You can drop by a truck stop, and find the 'free" rags that generally sit at the entrance of every truck stop. They have LOTS of ads for training.

    What is the best truck stop in the vicinity of Clarksville/Nashville Tennessee (I have no car now and live one hour west of Clarksville), to get some of those "rags"...

    What online mags are there?

    Also, what magazines should a driver subscribe or buy?

    You have 2 pilots and a Flying J right up the road, across the state line. They'll have all the magazines you need for free. Pilot has them sitting right outside the drivers entrance, fuel side in most cases.

    No need to subscribe to any mags. Just grab a handfull when you go. If they advertise this month, they'll do the same for the next 12 months.

    Nature of the beast...

    Only one out of that list I would send any body to. Schneider.

    Try Watkins Shepherd as well. Much better company to work for than JB, Swift, England etc.
