the place I used in Houston was an urgent care, but they had their own Pharmacy right there, just a little room with a lock on the door, but they had what I needed and took Blue shield

They have a dentist, and last time I was there (2 weeks ago) I believe there was a chiropractor available. Checked their website but it doesnt mention the chiro or a walk-in clinic.
I think those extra services are a real handy thing to have available to those that would need it. -
There is a clinic outfit trying to put a location in the Lodi, Ohio T/A, but they are having zoning problems. They have a petition on the reception desk for all of us to sign. I think it has something to do with locating a clinic so close to hazzardous materials ie; diesel fuel, gasoline, the shop etc...

this winter i fell broke my wrist, went to the nearest truck stop to hope and find a quick care clinic/ aid station. the nearest one was about 8 miles from the truckstop no truck parking either! while i was in the clinic i recieved a parking ticket as well.
would love to see aid stations in truck stops1 -
A dentist would be GREAT too! I know one great dentist at that BIG truck stop IA-80. He did a great job in my mouth and gave me good discount cause I paid cash. Then, I needed a dentist in a hurry again, was in NJ, asked my load planner to send me to IA to see the dentist and she DID!

truckstops do not need a person to give them physicals. It would how ever come in handy if someone was sick. Truck drivers are supposed to have a physical every so often, and that needs to be at home just in case if they get shut down

In my state, a "medical examiner" is the coroner...!!
so no offense, but I wouldn't want you to be "examining me"..lol
But YES, I think there IS a need for a walk in clinic, either at the truck stop, or on truck stop property or at the very least, across the street from one.
