Is there a place in nw Indiana to have irp plates done?

Why not just deal with the state office and get them yourself? It's not that difficult. A minor headache, about an hour's worth, every year but not too bad in the overall scheme.

 

Really the best way is to call that state office back on the phone and get them to walk you through it. They will act as if you are a complete idiot for not understanding their byzantine paperwork and the correct ways to fill it out but just humble yourself to the ordeal and get it done. It's really no big deal. If you are brand new o/o they will have you fill in estimated miles for all 48 states, they will provide you with the estimated miles from a separate form, you fill that out and submit. They figure up what you owe. There's a little more to it than that and IN process may be slightly different than TN but really it's not a big deal.

 

Not sure about Ind. but a lot of states have satellite offices that may be closer to your home and just go do it in person, that's how we handle ours.

 

I guess Indiana only has one location office?
