Is there a price difference if I go directly through progressive or through an agent?

    So, if I have Progressive through an agent now can I switch to Progressive Direct to save? I'd love to know this. Please don't guess. I only need to know if you've done it. Thanks

    I use Progressive directly and I've been happy with the service. Occasionally the hold times are long but once you get them on the phone they can quickly make changes with no fuss.
