Is there any companies that hire 1 time drivers or temp drivers to move loads?

    So Im wondering if anyone can help me out with some info. What I am wondering and trying to do is this,, I need to go back and forth to Georgia a few times over the next month or 2 while I am looking at some properties and I figure why not get paid to go. I wonder if there are any temp or companies that utilize drivers in last minute predicaments or whatever where I could get some runs out that way and back or even one way...whatever. Any Ideas?? BTW Im class A with recent medical and a TWIC card and plenty of past experience.

    Try talking to a temp agency perhaps?

    Not likely that you'll get exactly what you want but that's probably your best bet.

    Not worth your license working for a fly by night carrier. There are reasons why they need ASAP drivers.
