Is there any power only companies out of Oregon that let you run with your own authority?

    Aside from Market xpress and Wilson , is there any companies that let you just move thier trailers with your own authority ?

    I need some work before Christmas. Last company stopped using power only so their company guys could stay local for Christmas. Willing to travel just about any where, id rather directly haul for a company than a freight broker .. any advice?

    Try calling some Christmas tree commercial growers to see if any of them are short drivers and have trailers. That's about all I can think of in Oregon this time of year.

    I know it's not the answer you are looking for, but have you looked into simply renting a trailer for a month?

    Give these guys a call. If they don't have anything they might know who does.

    @LOCO1 --

    What endorsements do you have (if any)?

    How much CDL driving time do you have?

    What type(s) of freight do you prefer (or maybe...willing to try)?

    Do you want local only...is regional ok....or can you go OTR?
