    It was a crawl thru. I think they were 9 speeds but I'm old and don't recall half the junk I drove in the 70s and 89s.

    Don’t forget to duck down. Hitting the ceiling can cause permanent neck problems. Meanwhile go slow, find a good chiropractor. Hope they get you a better Truck. I worked local for 10 yrs driving Junk on bad roads. Had to buy a good riding Truck or end up crippled worse than I am. It’s no joke. The damage lasts a lifetime, long after the jobs gone,
