    There is a clause about TONU’s but I’m not wasting my time in court for a couple hundred dollars. I’ve been through civil court I know what a headache it is

    Send the Broker a bill for it regardless. Push for getting paid but if you aren’t able to collect it, you can write off the full amount that you billed it out at. Ask your tax people.

    There’s way of collecting. I’m not going to go into it here, publicly but if you want to know how I’d go about trying to get paid you can private message me.
