I am a recent trucking school graduate and I am looking for a starter company or any company that will take me. The problem is that i have 4 (maybe 5 had one from 2007 and in the process of clearing my license it was a convection in 2013) moving violation in the last 3 years. They are two speeding and and 2 no valid license. My work history is solid and I have no accidents or dui's. But im loosing hope after i was turned down from a couple of the big companies. Really want to start driving is there any companies that might higher some one in my predicament. I live in Washington State
Is there hope?

Once again and again and again..... no location in profile.

You might find someone who would take advantage of you and pay you very low wages and run you illegal but i doubt any of the decent companies would hire you for insurance reasons.
Best advice would be to keep out of trouble and clean up your driving record. If you want to drive for a living then you must protect your cdl.Tonythetruckerdude Thanks this. -
Keep your head up and keep putting in those applications. There is always hope. A lot of the bigger outfits have tight insurance regulations that will not let them hire someone with more than 3 moving violations. Also, go to the DMV and get a copy of your MVR. Maybe, hopefully, some of those tickets are off your record and you don't even know it. No sense in incriminating yourself on an application if its not nessesary. Unfortunatly age is another big factor. Best of luck to ya!

Of course there is hope. Keep looking and asking. Find a driving job with any starter company you can and keep it for one year. Learn, listen, and don't believe much of what you read online or hear on the CB.

I don't think you've given us enough information on the tickets. There's a big difference from 5 mph over that 25 mph over.
