Is this a good deal? Free CDL training, .46cpm and 1 year contract?

    If you run 3000 miles, or have a lot of accessorial pay. While you might get 3000 miles a week. It will really depend on you and where the loads go.

    .46x3000 = $1380 Do the math. Figure taxes ;)

    I was "taking home" over a thousand a week @ .36 cpm.
    Accessorial pays jacked the pay up.

    All this wonderful technology, has me living in the shop right now.

    It's a really good deal, so long as you get the miles.

    As for the company I don't wish to disclose them until I secure employment. They've only been around for 10 years but their facilities were nice and their trucks look clean. Thanks goys.

    Do a websearch on them see if other drivers have commented on working for them. Better yet see if you can find an actual driver to talk to.

    $1200 take home is very realistic....if you are with a company that will give you the miles and you run them

    Problem is without knowing the company, there is no way to answer the question.
    I will say if it's an outfit in the Chicago area, you are better not to take that offer.
