    As long as you have documents showing the tank has been washed out and placards removed your good to go.

    And it doesn't hurt to pop the cap on the tank and check for residue, just to confirm the shipped didn't give you a bum washout ticket.

    If it's certified clean I'd cover/remove the placards.

    I remember when we used to pick up a load of ether/starting fluid in Philly area that was ORM-D.

    44,000lbs of rolling KABOOM.

    I never understood how that was not a 3

    Shoot, no wonder they wanted me to placard my trailer.

    Won’t be picking up any methonal again.

    I refuse to get my hazmat at my job unless they pay for it. It’s not like I’m going to use it when I’m off work.
