I'm heading out for the road tomorrow and so I go to my car and put some fuel stabilizer in the fuel tank and disconnect my battery, and as I disconnect the battery I have an insight: What if I take my car battery with me and put it underneath my bed in the sleeper in my truck? I mean I have a 500W inverter which only works with battery clamp connection, so if I take my car battery on the road with me I can use it as an extra power source.
And it comes to one point, that is if I can charge that extra battery while I drive?
I mean is there any charger available to charge that extra battery while I drive? For example, a cigarette plug at the end of it is the black and red clamp which I can charge that battery with, so I plug it in the cigarette socket and clamp my car battery and let my car battery charge while I will be driving for a long time during the day, and then after the day is over I can at least use most of the charges inside the car battery and probably still got charges left after I play Xbox360 on it for 2 hours, and then the next day I will charge it again.
But is such battery charger with cigarette plug available to buy anywhere? And that will my theory work in general?
that battery I got in my car says 850 amps, pretty heavy too.
Thanks
Is this possible?

In a nutshell no. Discharging a car battery and recharging it will ruin it. Chrging it in an enclosed area is dangerous, batteries put out a "smell" while charging.
Disconnecting the battery is not a horrible idea though as there is a large "parasitic" draw on batteries that are in vehicles. -
In theory this will work. Don't know if you can just go out and buy the adapter /charger plug you refer to. In practice, not that great an idea. Starting batteries are designed to send a huge rush of current and then immediately get topped back off. Using it in the way you describe will likely shorten its life. The plates inside starting batteries are sort of a mesh or screen type material, and continued deep discharge will start to dissolve the mesh. To make matters more complicated, tucking a deep cycle battery in under your bunk wont work very well either. They have a specific recharge routine taht your alternator does not follow, which will greatly shorten its life as well. Your best option is to get a smaller cigar plug inverter or hard wire your 500W direct to the batteries on the truck. This requires pretty heavy wires AND AN INLINE FUSE!

why not buy an inverter that plugs into the cigarette lighter and avoid the chance of ruining the battery and the expense of buying a charger.

Can I just unplug that red and black wire from the inverter and just clamp my 500W inverter to it? -

I don't discount the importance of ventilation and it is good that you pointed that out. However, when the vehicle is moving (and charging) there is continual air exchange into/out of the cabin area on all vehicles that I am aware of. VW used to install batteries in the passenger compartment. I believe the Smart car still does. At any rate, the general message that I failed to convey is that it is that while it "could" be done, it is much more complicated than it sounds and I don't recommend it.
