    I want to know if any other company is having their lease operators or owners that train, pay half the students wages while the student is tearing up your equipment and you are footing the bill. Also do most owners that train have to foot the bill for the student to stay in a hotel, while the trainer is on home time

    First I have heard of it, but with the economy being the way it is, nothing surprises me.. Personally if I was leased on with someone, I would not train anyone, especially if they want me to pay for half their wages, and plus not wanting to help pay the repair cost, for things they destroy...

    C r England is the one that is having the lease operators that train pay for the students to stay in a hotel during the trainers home time. Or better yet let the student stay in the trainers truck and go through everything.

    I realize truckers aren't the brightest bulbs in the room.
    But c'mon people, there HAS to be a jumping-off point SOMEWHERE!!!

    That is just insane if CRE is actually doing that. And LO's are actually accepting trainees under those conditions.

    I see suckers everyday on US 67, training to drive for CRE.. I seen one of their training trucks hit a car on the service road.. Can you say end of driving...
