Some hard pills to swallow but that's what I love about these forums. There is a lot of really good people here. of course I'm serious about protecting my license. I have an income until December of this year so I am taking the time to get right and I have a health insurance now thru the state.
Is this the end of my career?

Well, I wasn't aware that you were well inside the category of "morbidly obese". That first word in the term tells you all you need to know; people as heavy as you rarely make it to age 40. It's not your career you need to worry about, it's your mortality. You probably need to look into bariatic surgery, and soon. Somebody your size would be physically incapable of exercising, and short of surgery, you might be able to lose 3-4 pounds a week. At that rate, it would take you at least 2 years to lose enough weight to try to get back into driving.

If I could have thought of a way to put this delicately, I would have, but tact fails me here.
Your career may not be over, but at 516 lbs, your life soon will be, and that will cut your career pretty short as well.
As of today, this hour, this MINUTE, CUT THE CARBS. Carbs are the devil. Start exercising, UNDER DOCTOR’s supervision. Eat nothing processed, except some minimally processed stuff like cheese and yoghurt, sardines, olives.
This is, simply put, a life or death situation. YOUR LIFE AND YOUR DEATH.rolls canardly Thanks this. -
Gained 200 pounds? Sounds like Mt. Dew.
