A long time ago, I was a trainer. I was asked if I would concider training a lady. After much thought and kicking the decision back and forth for several hours, I decided I would give it a try. I was met by a smallish, well groomed somewhat attractive older lady who had a big smile. She also had stuff....lots of stuff.....lots of stuff. I told her she could take 1 suitcase, her briefcase, 1 overnight bag, her sleeping bag and purse. The vast majority of her stuff stayed behind in a storage rental unit. I don't think it would all fit in a normal Condo type truck. No I think your
stuff will be just fine with your trainer.

I would try to cut down the duffel bag if I were you. Most trainers don't give you a ton of room to work with. Bring 7 days worth of cloths, jacket, rain jacket/poncho, flashlight, boots/shoes, hygeine bag and that's about it. I would ditch the briefcase and get a soft sided bag to store paperwork. (Easier to cram into tight places).

ALSO!! BRING SHOWER SHOES! (If you don't, you'll be sorry, but being in the military, you probably already knew this.)

    Good luck!
