Is this typical of FedEx Ground on Donner in Winter?

That "guy with the camera that was shouting at people," was most likely a LEO, either highway patrol or sheriff's deputy. You notice how he was telling people, "if you can move, get off at the next exit and we'll take care of it there."
Also, from the puffing and panting, it sounds like he could use a bit more PT time. . .:D

The guy was running uphill in snow at ~7000' elevation. I'd be calling uber...

LOL !! "fed ex" drivers....Its a math thing...they have 14 trillion drivers, so it could seem like its always them..
In reality, they do stuff exaclty at the same rate as your place. Your brother drivers at your place, ARE "them fed ex drivers" !! LOL theres only 4 of you, or 40 of you, so we dont see the dumb crap you do!! (I do)...lol

Was in Knoxville last month coming down the mountain in the dark about 100' visibility, guess they have a terminal there , bunch of em pulling doubles, they must have been freewheeling down the hill cause they were blowing by and I was going 65 which I thought was too fast but to slow down is to become an obstruction. Next morning they were at the TA swapping trailers around. Rush rush

I was thinking the same thing! But hey, Donner is elevated, and breathing at higher altitudes, especially while running around.

Then his huffin and puffin is to be expected. And clearly leo. Nobody told him to get lost when he told them to get moving and deal with insurance at the next exit.
