I can't say I've used them myself but I know a lot of people have. As with anything like that, opinions vary, but I haven't heard an overwhelming amount of bad things. I know they're a big company that ships all over (maybe a broker, not sure?) so there's always going to be a mixed bag as far as what people think of them. I can speak for A-1 Auto Transport, whom I've used and I though they were great. Would definitely use them again.
