walking is the best exercise for most people without serious health problems. It gives you 80-90% of the benefit of jogging without the joint stress. It requires no special equipment. Shoes take up a lot less space than a bicycle or free weights. It can be done anywhere. Swimming might be even better, since it works the whole body, but it burns significantly less fat than walking for some reason. Swimming pools are not very convenient for trucking.

Article doesn't mention Walking on Hands?
Health bennies as well yet best to have thick gloves, or so I've hoid.
Usually walking upright is apparently healthy.
Duck walking, maybe not so efficient.
Running works too, but usually for short distance especially when snow or ice is presented or flooding water or mudslides.
Sometimes being chased by some people, after flipping them off, will generate some exercise. It was fun in Junior and High Skool.
Any Large "superstore" affords lotsa walking and other amenities are available.
CHEERIOS!!Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
They say it regulates heartbeat. Brisk walking is like a cardio workout. Gotta at least move around. Within 4 hrs max while driving. Within 3 hrs is better. It all adds up throughout the day.
