Walmart? Really? I thought the holy grail was Old Dominion.

Really, it's wherever you're happy. It doesn't matter if it's Walmart or a small carrier. I was pretty happy running for the railroad when I had that job. I wouldn't balk and going back if they offered me full time permanent and benefits.

I don't get the "vibe" from any Wal-Mart drivers that they feel they are better than me. Thing is, no matter who you drive for, we are all doing the same thing "moving goods"....that is all, so the name on the truck means very little to me.

Why would their strict hiring process make anyone believe that Wal-Mart must be the best company out there? I don't get that one.

I also heard that all Wal-Mart drivers have to sleep in a night-dress with a framed photo of Sam Walton staring at them while they sleep.
