Wow that was foul ..... though. If it were me, I would've never told anyone that a had 10 Gs in my pocket. She made a cross country trip in the name of love and but ended up in jail.

I'd bet hard cash an experienced NE driver is making .51-.61 there. Crazy layover and a pre-wrecked LT or Cascadia with dynamic speed limiter
I know they rarely get their regional drivers home for reset, and layover negates any high rate
You'd be crazy to team there when any better company is going to fast track hire a team. I talked to a Western flatbed team driver once and he didn't seem to be doing wellFlat Earth Trucker Thanks this. -
Twistin' throttles and Opus Thank this.

It’s funny because I’m new and have recruiters from Western promising better per mile pay than anyone else.
Spoke to a recruiter from another company and mentioned them. I got some unsolicited advice from this other company’s recruiter about Western that really opened my eyes.
So, unless they’re willing to give you something in writing, I wouldn’t trust whatever they’re claiming to be offering. I would think that should go for any company offering you a job. Make sure they put that offer on paper / email whatever.
What I heard is that Western will move the goalposts on the offer they “told” you about. Usually while you’re going through their orientation / training process.Last edited: Jul 10, 2023

I worked for Western Express, didn't see proof only what a DM relayed to via there quto and driver ranking, " it's drivers there who have and is earning 150k a year, I didn't ask if it was teams or owner operators, but my guess these people no how to run load so far drop it at a yard and keep going.
